Walkthrough Video

One thing is true in today’s market…Video Sells Agents! It may be very easy to sell a home in right now, but it is hard to get listings.  Video helps agents get listings!

Our Walkthrough Video is designed for most homes.  We include footage of most areas of the home, including interior and exterior spaces and aerial footage if selected.  Shots are arranged to take people from front door and through the home in a logical manner.

Videos are typically 2 to 3 minutes long and have music paired to match the tone of the home.  A mix of slow motion and regular speed video is used to keep viewer interest.  Callouts include address overlay, 5 callouts of features and agent contact at the end. you may choose to add a 1 minute teaser to the package as well.

Please allow 1 to 2 hours in addition to photography for image capture.  Remember as well that video takes more lead time than photos so a few extra days before your planned live date for production allows us to turn video for your first day on market.

Just because this is a standard product, does not mean it cannot be customized.  Please let us know if you would like to add agent on camera, voiceover, time-lapse or  other features to the video.  We will discuss costs before the session to make sure we get the project just right.
