While photography for Real Estate Projects is our bread and butter, we do a fair number of other commercial projects each year, mainly for builders, architects and designers and commercial properties such as inns and hotels.

Pricing for these projects is related to our cost to create the images (that is time on site, any additional personnel, complexity, equipment rentals, models, necessary photoshop work and any other item that can affect our final cost) and licensing (how long the images will run, placement variation costs and so forth).  Requests that can factor in also include how many parties will want access to the final images, or if different parties might need a different variation of the images after delivery.

We are often asked why the pricing for these projects is so different from our Real Estate work.  The answer lies in the amount of time these projects require and the creative elements.  Sometimes the images are very similar to an RE shoot, but with much more work to stage a scene, and light it for the effect  the client has in mind
