Virtual Staging

Virtual Staging is a great add on for vacant or semi staged homes where the layout might be confusing to someone online.

You can order this after the shoot if you choose, however there are some changes that we need to make when shooting that are important to the process.  If you are thinking about virtual staging, please let us know before the shoot so that we can make the changes necessary for the images to come out properly.

We can in some circumstances remove furniture from images and virtual staging is that way that we designate that photoshop time.  If you choose to add the service after a shoot, we will send over a link to the product page.

The cost per image is $40.00, usually delivered within 24 hrs of agreeing on which images will be staged.
