Re-License Due to listing passing to new realtor or a home being re-listing for sale, lease  or Short Term Rental after the initial sale.

This is the most common request we receive.  The charge is equal to the cost of the initial shoot.  Included in this cost is sanitizing (taking out personal photos) any necessary shots. Licensing for the new usage is the same as Real Estate or Short Term rental.  

Licensing of Images for Other Commercial Use (Builders, Designers, Architects, Stagers Etc)

Pricing Starts at $35 per image. Consideration is given to the time of usage, and the placement, and if there is any photoshop work necessary on our end.  Other considerations may affect final cost.  Please contact us.
