The base of our business for the last 19 years has been photography.  Photos are still the easiest way to share at high quality on multiple RE media sites and generate the most interest from potential buyers.  That is still true in spite of the estimates that a photo only gains about 8 seconds of viewer attention as people scroll through listings on web pages.

We treat each home with the dignity it deserves. For most of your clients, their home is their biggest asset, no matter what price range it fits into.  We use our skills to compose images that will encourage people to want to take a closer look and in some cases make an offer site unseen.

With some occasional exceptions, each photoshoot includes at least 25 images and basic editing.  We do what we can to shoot the good stuff and not feature the not so good. Virtual staging and virtual object removal is available.

Photos are delivered in a single property website (formerly called a virtual tour) and can be combined with video, Matterport  3D, Zillow Tours, virtually staged photos and more.  Custom domain are available.

Because we are a boutique firm, we do not have a one size fits all approach to photography.  We may craft the type of shots we take and editing style to emphasize different things in different homes, and different agent requirements
