With the advent of fast internet, video has become a force to supercharge home marketing. We believe that every home needs some form of video either for social media sharing, YouTube, or website placement.
In keeping with that philosophy, we have a number of options when it comes to video.
Virtual Tour Conversion
Our virtual tours can be transformed into video and placed on your YouTube channel. The length of the video is determined by how many images are in the tour. The video contains branding information and is placed on you channel automatically. This is our lowest priced option, and also the fastest delivery as it can be available just hours after the tour is delivered.
Aerial Video Only
Aerial Video is another low cost way to have an effective video presence. You may choose to have that video be as short as 30 seconds , a standard instagram length of 60 seconds, or a longer form custom video such as our raw land package.
1 Minute Mini
Shot with the same care as our longer form custom property video, the 1 MM is produced using the same DSLR video cameras and cinematic editing effects, but in a shorter package. Our time on site is shorter because we only shoot main areas for a total of about 15 clips. Titles for address, agent info, brokerage and up to 4 details are included.
Cinema Package
Our Basic Cinema Package is more of a whole property video. We film all of the major spaces including guest houses, barns and garages if appropriate, and any acreage. You may choose to include a 1 Minute Mini Shoot as well for social media.
Custom Cinema Package
Maybe one of our basic packages is not quite right for the property. For those properties we offer custom shoots. You might choose a custom shoot if the property is over 10,000 sq ft or on large acreage, you want timelapse, or sun-up/sunset video, or models and narration, or lifestyle of the area, or all of the above. Our custom package is for you.
Generally the custom package is a full day shooting product. We will work out the storyboard, special effects, model requriements, and other details a week or so before the shoot so that everything is in place on shoot day.
Pricing is dependent on the real expenses of the shoot, (models, extra camera people, props, etc and our day rate.)
