A Powerful Tool

Single Property Websites are a very powerful tool to display the media from your session. Single Property Websites (Formerly Virtual Tours) act as a landing page of sorts to show off photos, Matterport 3d tours and video in one place for each of your listings.

MLS Compliant

Each Single Property Website is provided in two variations, Branded and Unbranded.  The branded version contains the agent’s contact information, logo, and head-shot, whereas the unbranded version does not.  All the other information is in both versions.  All of the content conforms to the compliant standard as well so that it does not violate MLS policies.

Agent Editable

In addition to the property description the agent can add titles, details and other information to each image.  While we do our best to put content into the tour in a logical way it might not be the way an agent wants it to appear to the home searcher, so the tour can be edited to change the order and duration of each image or even if a given image is in the slideshow, gallery or neither.

Connect External Media

If you have video, a Matterport 3D tour, external floorplan or flyer that you want to link to the tour, you can do that as well.

Video From Tour

For a small additional fee, the video can be be exported to a web compliant video and posted to the agents YouTube.com channel automatically.

Dedicated Domain Name

Connect the tour to a dedicated URL (dot com) for additional marketing avenues.  Just choose that option at checkout and we will link the tour for you.

Single Property Website Themes

Your SPW theme is editable.  You can choose colors, fonts, and how the photos and videos are presented from several choices.
