Base Photography Rate $150.00 for homes less than $1 Million, 2500 sq ft and under, and under 2 acres.
Homes over $1 million add $100 per million
Luxury homes take more time on site, usually, and more post processing time.

Home Size in Sq Ft: 3501-5000 sq ft (add $40.00)
Home Size in Sq Ft: Over 5000 sq ft (add $60.00)
And so on add $20 each 1000 sq ft

From 2+ to 10 acres $20.00
From 10+ to 50 acres $30.00
50-100 acres $40.00
over 100 acres $50.00
