Matterport 3d is a way to put potential buyers or lessors into the space in a virtual way, and to create a 2D floorplan of interior spaces.

To create a Matterport 3D space, we use a special camera that scans the space and links up with a computer that assembles thee scans into a 3D space that a user can move through. (please see the demo below)

The process takes about the same amount of time as a photography session and can be combined so that we create the Matterport on the same trip.

Once the 3D model is created, you can link it to the virtual tour with photography and/or video, and you can alos luse the 3D links independently.

To order Matterport, go through the calendar, choose your photo session and then choose Matterport 3D on the other services page.

The price varies depending on the size of the home and whether or not you choose to add a 2D floorplan.

The base price covers the first 2500 sq ft.
