Video is always a custom product for us.  How custom is a matter of the details of the home and the imagination of the agent, and the videographer.

We have a style that we are working towards, an each project is an expression of that style.  Our goal is to help the viewer experience the house in an honest way, and to help the agent get the next listing.  The way we do that is to show the house in good light with motion and music that fits the character of the house.

Speaking of music, we use a variety of tunes that are chosen both for the way they fit the property and the ability to keep the viewer’s attention.

The agent can choose the desired length of the video, and the service is priced accordingly.  The longer the video, the more the final cost in most cases.
