Includes 25 or more  images depending on add-ons and the size of the home.

Base Photography Rate $135.00 for homes under 2500 sq ft and under 2 acres.

  • Home Size in Sq Ft: 2500-3500 Sq Ft (add $20.00)
  • Home Size in Sq Ft: 3501-5000 sq ft (add $40.00)
  • Home Size in Sq Ft: Over 5000 sq ft (add $60.00)

Acreage

  • From 2+ to 10 acres $25.00
  • From 10+ to 100 acres $50.00
  • Over 100 acres call us

Panoramic Images Either half or full depending on the space

  • Panoramic 180 and 360 degree images: 3 (add $45.00)
  • Panoramic 180 and 360 degree images: 5 (add $60.00)
  • Panoramic 180 and 360 degree images: 7 (add $80.00)

Twilight Photography add-on ($125.00)

Weekend Photography ($30.00) Subject to availability

Homes $1+million to $2 million

Homes Over $2 million

 Homes For Sale from 2 to $5 million (Call us for an estimate, $500.00 deposit required)

 

Delivery

 

  •  Virtual Tour (add $20.00):
  • Custom Domain Name (The Domain Name will point to the Tour (add $30.00)
  • You Tube Video (Your Property Tour converted to video and posted to YouTube.com: (add $7.00)
  • Branded Photos $35.00 per set, One time $50.00 set up fee.

Driving Fees

  (Driving fees account for more than just distance, in some cases there are other factors.  One critical element in pricing for the year is drive time, and traffic)

Homes for Short Term Lease

  Homes for Short Term Lease Base Photography Rate $200.00  Includes 5 year license for photos, non-transferable 

Rate includes homes up to 3000 sq ft. All other addons apply at regular rate. Please call us in advance for homes over 7000 ft.

 

Agent Headshots

  Agent Headshots $250.00 on location.

 

Aerial Photography

With other R/E Photography $175.00 (up to 6  images)

Stand Alone (If we are going out to capture Aerial only) $250.00

Assumes residential property of under 2 acres

Add $100 for video
